Please be advised of the following important information regarding the Cash and Collection Department, applicable for this school year:
• Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 11:30 am and 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
• At the cash window located on campus, you can inquire about any doubts you may have regarding charges on your statement, billing, etc., as well as receive guidance on the following payment methods:
• Online payment through your mobile device. To do this, you need to download the NEMAX online app and request your access code if you don't already have it, by sending an email to administracion@sanroberto.edu.mx You can pay with a checking account (CLABE), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).
• At Banorte and Afirme banks with a check or cash, or through online banking with these banks if you have an account with them.
• Credit card payment through a virtual terminal requested via email or phone call to the Cash Department.
It is important to mention that payments are not accepted at the cash window.
We remind you that tuition is due on the 10th day of each month, and payments made after the due date will incur administrative charges. If you need an invoice, please send an email to your campus cashier: Valle Alto cajava@sanroberto.edu.mx or San Agustín cajasa@sanroberto.edu.mx to request it in the month the payment is made.
