Most likely yes, especially during the first days of protocol application. Will the use of face masks be mandatory and what type? / ¿Será obligatorio el uso de cubrebocas y de qué tipo?

Accepted Answer

According to the Aug 5,21 recommendation from CDC, the mask will be mandatory for all students (except for Pre-nursery) and the staff working at the school. The use of three-layer face masks is recommended and the use of neoprene masks and those with the exhalation valve should be avoided.
Each student was asked for a hygiene kit within the list of supplies that will be kept in stock in the classroom.

Conforme a la actualización en recomendaciones de la CDC del 5 de agosto 2021, el cubrebocas será obligatorio para todos los alumnos (excepto en el grado de Maternal Inicial). Se recomienda el uso de cubrebocas de tres capas y evitar el uso de cubrebocas de neopreno y los de válvula exhalatoria.
A cada alumno se le solicitó un kit de higiene dentro de la lista de útiles que se mantendrá en stock dentro del salón de clases.

According to the health protocols, an antigen test is applicable when a person shows one or more of the Covid-19 symptoms. The staff follows the health protocols that are indicated when they have symptoms or have been in contact with a positive case. As the students will do, the staff already fills out a health questionnaire daily, the temperature is recorded, and the access protocol is followed.

Any person (teacher or student) who travels, whether an international or national flight or by bus, must keep 10 days of quarantine (according to CDC data) or take a PCR test after 72 hours on his return from the trip. The test must be carried out in a laboratory certified by INDRE and the result must be negative.If only parents traveled, it is not necessary for students to be tested. /
 
Toda persona (maestro o alumno) que viaje por avión ya sea vuelo internacional o nacional o por autobús, deberá guardar 10 días de cuarentena (según datos de la CDC) o realizarse una prueba de PCR después de 72 hrs. de su regreso del viaje. La prueba deberá realizarse en laboratorio certificado por la INDRE y el resultado deberá ser negativo. Si sólo viajaron los padres de familia, no será necesario que los alumnos se realicen la prueba.

We have the "ISR Covid-19 Response Plan" that integrates different flowchart diagrams where the protocols to be followed in case of direct contact, indirect contact, positive case, etc. are specified. This plan was shared in the “Together Again” brochure on May 22 and an update was sent on Monday, August 9./ Contamos con el “Plan de Respuesta ISR Covid-19” que integra diferentes diagramas de flujo en donde se especifican los protocolos a seguir en caso de contacto directo, contacto indirecto, caso positivo, etc. Este plan se compartió en el folleto “Juntos Otra Vez” el 22 de mayo y se mandó actualización el lunes 9 de agosto.
