The new government has privileged education as an essential activity and has given freedom to parents and schools who meet the proper safety conditions, to remain open in a planned, prudent and pertinent manner. El nuevo gobierno ha privilegiado la educación como una actividad esencial y ha dado libertad a los padres de familia y a los colegios que de acuerdo a sus instalaciones y medidas de salud pueda permanecer abierto de una manera planeada, prudente y pertinente.

Staying open depends on contagions and the commitment and responsibility of the entire community to minimize them as much as possible. The school is following strict protocols to prevent contagion at school. Students who have covid or direct contact with covid are sent to isolation according to protocols. El mantenernos abiertos depende de los contagios y del compromiso y la responsabilidad de toda la comunidad para lograr minimizarlos al máximo. El colegio está siguiendo estrictos protocolos para evitar contagios en el colegio. Alumnos que tengan covid o contacto directo con covid se mandan a aislamiento según los protocolos.

Throughout the 2021-2022 school year, the 100% virtual option will be open to all students. Durante todo el ciclo escolar 2021-2022 la modalidad 100% virtual estará abierta para todos los alumnos.

We continue to offer flexibility in the choice of modality, either in person or 100% virtual. Please register the change of modality in the link that was shared with you. It is important to clarify that the flexibility is given to protect or prevent contagion, not to travel. Seguimos ofreciendo flexibilidad en la elección de modalidad ya sea presencial o 100% virtual. We have the "ISR Covid-19 Response Plan" that integrates different flowchart diagrams with the protocols to be followed in case of direct contact or a positive case. All students who have had direct contact with the positive case and who have not been diagnosed as positive in the last three months are sent to isolation. Todos los alumnos que hayan tenido contacto directo con el caso positivo y que no hayan sido diagnosticados como positivos en los últimos tres meses se mandan aislamiento.

For the three months following the positive diagnosis of Covid, the student will not have to isolate or take a PCR test to attend school. We are on the lookout for further indications on this in the event of a new variant. It may be the case that all students are sent to virtual school when the teacher is positive or in isolation. Por los siguientes tres meses al diagnóstico positivo de Covid, el alumno no tendrá que aislarse o hacerse pruebas para asistir al colegio. Estamos atentos a nuevas indicaciones sobre esto en caso de una nueva variante. - Daycare services, athletics & fine arts extracurricular activities - During the morning hours, students are divided into groups, however, for the extracurricular services of Nursery, Athletics and Fine Arts, students are mixed with students from other classrooms. - Snack service for nursery and preschool students. Each family will make the responsible decision to use the carpool and register the passengers through the Skolable App. Cada familia tomará la decisión responsable de hacer uso de viajes o carpools y registrar el viaje y pasajeros en la aplicación de Skolable.

For new families starting the second semester, there will be a virtual information session in February. Principals and homeroom teachers will be guiding new families into the ISR operation. Para las nuevas familias que inicien durante el segundo semestre, se ofrecerá una sesión informativa en el mes de febrero. Directores de área y maestras titulares podrán guiar a las familias nuevas en procedimientos y protocolos del colegio.

- ASOMEX sports trips were canceled for the first semester. At the end of January the directors of ASOMEX schools will make decisions on the renewal of national tournaments depending on the pandemic situation in the country. - NAE's “Global Games” were canceled for this school year and reprogramed for December 2022. - Interims for 9th grade students are canceled for this school year due to uncertain pandemic conditions - Los torneos ASOMEX del primer semestre fueron cancelados. A finales de enero directores de colegios ASOMEX tomarán la decisión sobre reanudar torneos dependiendo de la situación de pandemia en el país. - Los juegos deportivos “Global Games” fueron cancelados y se reprogramaron para diciembre del 2022. - Los Interims para alumnos de 9no. han sido cancelados para este ciclo escolar dado las condiciones de incertidumbre por la pandemia.
