Our 4th grade students in their Spiritual Growth class designed and worked on the implementation of the "Donate a Teddy Bear" campaign, where they would have the opportunity to invite the community to join and help children in Venezuela.
The aim of the campaign is to give happiness and warmth to children of Venezuela through stuffed animals. The donated stuffed animals will be restored at the "Hospital de Peluches" before being delivered to Venezuelan children. The 4th grade students developed the campaign, understanding the importance of helping, they learned about the current situation in Venezuela and creating ideas to promote it, such as the use of posters during drop off, informational signs that were placed in different areas of the school, presentation for honors and their commitment to promote it during recess with students from other grades. It is worth mentioning that the campaign was carried out on very cold and rainy days, and even in these conditions, students continued with their commitment to remind our community to participate during drop off in the mornings since they only had only one week to receive donations.

A large number of stuffed animals were collected and sent directly to Venezuela to be restored and delivered to the children.
Congratulations 4th grade students, you did a great job!
