Annual Parent Survey-Extension
We would like to remind you that the deadline to complete the Annual Parent Survey has been extended to Wednesday, December 3. If you cannot find the email from feedback@surveys.nordangliaeducation.com, please check your inbox, spam, or quarantine folder. If you still cannot locate it, please notify aarian.cardenas@sanroberto.edu.mx.
Important: Wednesday, December 10th, will be the employees' posada. All extracurricular activities for Nursery through 9th grade, Catechesis, as well as daycare, will be cancelled.

With Christmas celebrations approaching, we want to remind you that all teachers and coaches receive a gift from the ISR community (through PBS) during Teacher’s Day in May. If you wish to give your child’s teachers a Christmas gift, please take a moment to review the guidelines included in this newsletter.

We remind parents of our student uniform expectations during cold weather: During cold weather, students may wear any solid white, navy blue, or black long-sleeve shirt, sweater, or ISR navy blue hoodie sweatshirt (PESA), thermal underwear, and girls may wear white tights. Heavy jackets or raincoats of any color may be worn over the complete uniform (plush and/or polyester sweatpants and sweatshirt).
We invite you to check for Lost and Found items before Thursday, December 18, as all items will be donated after this day.

In the portal, you may review and edit your contact information, view grade reports, your children’s attendance records, and other important documents such as PLPs and MAP reports. To create your account and access the portal, please follow the steps below:

Christmas presents for teachers
Christmas celebrations are getting near. As part of the responsibilities and budget administered by PBS, we wish to remind you that all teachers and coaches receive a gift during Teacher´s Day in May on behalf of the whole ISR parents and student community.
It will be each parent's decision to give a Christmas gift to one or more of your children's teachers (With a value of no more than $50 USD per gift following the NAE Code of Ethics).
If the class groups together to buy a joint gift, If the value of the joint gift is above $300 USD then the teacher should report and take guidance from the Head of School.
No envelopes with cash are allowed.
For safety reasons, gifts may not be dropped off in the reception area and/or with the guards.

The Department of Education invites us to take part in the Annual Firefighters Campaign
We want to encourage our students to be generous and responsible toward the emergency services that help keep us safe.
Each student may give their donation to their homeroom teacher from November 3 to 28.
The suggested contribution is $10 pesos per child.

We are pleased to announce that we have begun activities for this cycle with Educando en Red, a network to which we belong and that reinforces our commitment to providing comprehensive support to our students and their families—fostering a more conscious, empathetic, and united educational community.

School Health Guidelines

Student ID Card Replacement
If you need to replace a student ID card, you must complete the following form.
The replacement fee is $150 pesos, which will be charged directly to your account.
Please note that the replacement process may take several weeks.

Preschool Snacks
At ISR we offer supervised snack service for preschool, the menu is overseen by a nutritionist, prepared by our kitchen staff, and distributed in the classrooms during snack time.

Cafeteria Service
"La Casita" CAFETERIA offers service exclusively for elementary and middle school students as well as for staff members during recess and after school from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Our school has been using the OrderEAT app, specially designed so you can check the food your children eat.

Invitation to Third Parties
To facilitate the process for invitations to third parties and thus speed up the exit process, please use one of these two options:
1. For those people picking up students who are not parents of the school, add them as a drivers and give them authorization to pick up the children. The driver must download the Skolable App on the phone.
2. For ISR families, create a "round" in which the invited children are included
3. It is the responsibility of parents to delete permits when no longer needed.

Healthy Food
Dear Parents.
We inform you that according to the guidelines established by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) of the country, the food that will be offered in our school will follow the recommendations of healthy food.
These measures are intended to encourage proper eating habits in our students, promoting their well-being and development. Therefore, the products available in our cafeteria from March 29th will be aligned with these provisions, prioritizing nutritious and balanced options.
