Back to School Night Sessions will take place from September 7-10 as an opportunity for parents to learn more about classroom instruction, protocols, academic expectations, and other important information. The sessions will take place in your child’s classroom. We kindly ask that each family attend in a single vehicle and please note that these sessions are designed exclusively for parents. Only adults may attend, as childcare service will not be available.

Wednesday, September 16, is an official holiday in observance of Mexican Independence Day, and there will be no classes. We will celebrate Mexican Independence Day with our students on Tuesday, September 15. We invite students to join the celebration by wearing a white, green, or red T-shirt,or a Mexico jersey with jeans, or their complete school uniform. Poster
We kindly remind you to line up no earlier than 10 minutes before dismissal time and follow the line towards Rufino Tamayo. We need your support to improve our lines.
We thank you for your collaboration and patience during the drop-off and pick-up of students. We will continue looking into possible ways to improve.

Author / Explorer Visit
As part of the activities commemorating San Roberto’s 45th Anniversary, on Friday, September 11, our 3rd Grade students will welcome Andrea Dorantes, author of “Andy y sus aventuras en las alturas” Andrea is the youngest person to have conquered the Seven Summits, the highest peaks on each continent. She uses her experiences to inspire children to discover their courage, face their own challenges, and explore the world with curiosity, perseverance, and determination.
Her book will be available for purchase in the library starting Monday, September 7, and on the day of the event for $400 MXN.
We are excited to offer this special experience to our students as part of the celebration of 45 years of the San Roberto family. We are confident that this will be an enriching and inspiring event that our students will remember with enthusiasm.

Any orders not picked up by this date will be donated, and no refunds will be issued.

Daycare and Preschool Snacks
At ISR we offer supervised snack service for preschool, the menu is overseen by a nutritionist, prepared by our kitchen staff, and distributed in the classrooms during snack time.

Student ID Card Replacement
If you need to replace a student ID card, you must complete the following form.
The replacement fee is $150 pesos, which will be charged directly to your account.
Please note that the replacement process may take several weeks.

Pedestrian Exit Permits 26-27
Pedestrian exit permits are provided to students who walk home.

Elementary and middle school- leave through the black gate next to the entrance to the inner street

Nursery and Preschool- leave through covered inner street entrance. Adults must show red ID.

Important Notice – Flu Season
🦠 Flu season has begun. To protect the health of our school community, we ask parents to inform School Health if their child has symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or general feeling unwell.
The student should stay home until they have fully recovered, following medical recommendations.

Invitation to Third Parties
To facilitate the process for invitations to third parties and thus speed up the exit process, please use one of these two options:
1. For those people picking up students who are not parents of the school, add them as a drivers and give them authorization to pick up the children. The driver must download the Skolable App on the phone.
2. For ISR families, create a "round" in which the invited children are included
3. It is the responsibility of parents to delete permits when no longer needed.

Cafeteria Service
"La Casita" CAFETERIA offers service exclusively for elementary and middle school students as well as for staff members during recess and after school from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Our school has been using the OrderEAT app, specially designed so you can check the food your children eat.

Smartphones are not permitted on campus. This initiative aims to create a more focused and engaging learning environment for our students. Please note that the consequences of this policy will take effect starting on that date. Thank you for your support in helping us foster a positive educational experience for our students!

Healthy Food
Dear Parents.
We inform you that according to the guidelines established by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) of the country, the food that will be offered in our school will follow the recommendations of healthy food.
These measures are intended to encourage proper eating habits in our students, promoting their well-being and development. Therefore, the products available in our cafeteria will be aligned with these provisions, prioritizing nutritious and balanced options.
We appreciate your support and collaboration in this initiative, which seeks to benefit our entire school community. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Educando en Red
We are pleased to announce that we have begun activities for this cycle with Educando en Red, a network to which we belong and that reinforces our commitment to providing comprehensive support to our students and their families—fostering a more conscious, empathetic, and united educational community.
