Dear ISR Community,
Thanks to all the ISR families who attended and enjoyed the Family Posada and Christmas Tree Lighting hosted by PBS. It was a total success! Our appreciation and gratitude to the PBS committee and volunteer parents who organized the event.
We would like to congratulate our students and the ISR Dance department for their performance at the Babies Dance Festival. It was great to see our students performing their choreographies!
Thank you to all the parents who participated in the "Díganos su Opinión" survey. As a token of appreciation, all students will enjoy Spirit Day on December 13th.
We wish the Flag Football teams representing ISR at the Asomex competition great success! The competition will take place this weekend.
We continue with the Christmas Festivals and Presentations. Teachers will share detailed schedules.

Tuesday, Dec 17 - Sports School PII and PP
Wednesday, Dec 18- Sports Initiation for Nursery and PI, All Fine Arts Activities, and Day Care service.
Please be advised that students will have early dismissal on Wednesday, December 18th:
Elementary and Middle School - 11:00 am
Nursery and Pre-Primary - 12:00 pm
Preschool I and Preschool II - 12:30 pm
** This day, students can wear jeans, tennis shoes, and tops with Christmas themes or colors.
Please, if your child has lost items, ask him/her to stop by and check Lost & Found at the main reception and pick them up by Wednesday, December 18th, as all items will be donated after this day.
Please be advised that the PESA uniform store will be closed from Monday, December 23rd, returning on Monday, January 6th, 2025.

Christmas Presents for Teachers
Christmas celebrations are getting near. As part of the responsibilities and budget administered by PBS, we wish to remind you that all teachers and coaches receive a gift during Teacher´s Day in May on behalf of the whole ISR parents and student community.
It will be each parent´s decision to give a Christmas gift to one or more of your children's teachers (With a value of no more than $50 USD per gift following the NAE Code of Ethics).
If the class groups together to buy a joint gift, If the value of the joint gift is above $300 USD then the teacher should report and take guidance from the Head of School.
No envelopes with cash are allowed.
For safety reasons, gifts may not be dropped off in the reception area and/or with the guards.

The cost is $900 pesos per Nativity set. The set includes 4 pieces approximately 30 cm in height.

Winter reading
During the following days, elementary and middle school students that request it, are allowed to check out books to read during the Winter break; we remind you that all books must be returned on January 7th, 2025 to avoid late fees. Students are allowed to check out a maximum of 3 library books (in print), if you wish for your child to have some more, please contact us at katia.gomez@sanroberto.edu.mx or at the extension 2174 to let us know of your authorization.
In the SRToday/resources webpage you will find the link to our digital library Sora, which contains thousands of books in English and Spanish, as well as general interest digital magazines; you can also access the reading platforms Tumblebooks by Teen Book Cloud.

Invitations to Third Parties (Skolable)
To facilitate the process for invitations to third parties and thus speed up the exit process, please use one of these two options:
1. For those people picking up students who are not parents of the school, add them as drivers and give them authorization to pick up the children. The driver must download the Skolable App on the phone.
2. For ISR families, create a "round" in which the invited children are included
3. It is the responsibility of parents to delete permits when no longer needed.

Cafeteria Service
"La Casita" CAFETERIA offers service exclusively for elementary and middle school students as well for staff members during recess and after school from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pedestrian Authorization Request
Walking exit permits can be requested as follows:

Students who live across the street from the school. Request permission in this link: Colonia Portón de Valle Alto

Pedestrian cards for students from 4th to 9th grade can be requested through this link: Pedestrian Card 4° a 9°

Pedestrian exit request for students in pre-primary through 3rd grade who must be accompanied by a sibling in 5th grade or middle school PP-3° with an exemption letter.
STUDENTS WITHOUT HOLOGRAM STICKERS ON THEIR STUDENT CARDS OR PRINTED QR CODE MUST BE PICKED UP BY CAR.
Procedure for carpool and daycare with vehicle identifiers
This procedure applies for the 2024-25 school year for vehicles with a magnetic identifier for carpooling or daycare.

The magnetic identifier must be visible when the vehicle enters the school’s drop-off/pick-up circuit (Rancho Acapulco Street or San Angel Street).

Vehicles with an identifier will have preferential access to the internal roads of the school.​​
